Welcome to our humble corner of the web. My goal is to be of an aid to my fellow Kosher Friends as they ascend the path to Health, & healthy eating habits, feeling energetic.   This site is to be resource for those who  want to feel energetic, get rid of the lethargic feelings & excess weight & to keep it off Permanently through developing Healthy Habits,

I am a Certified Optimum Health Coach for nearly 5 years with TSFL Take Shape for Life, which is the Free Coaching Division of Medifast. This program features Medifast Meal Replacements. I have introduced this program to many people, but mostly people have called or come over to me, asking me how they can achieve this type of healthy permanent weight loss.

When I first started this journey, many years ago, I felt like I was the only Kosher person  who knew about this program. Most of my shul, day school, neighboring shuls, friends & neighbors are now aware of it, but I thought it stopped there. More recently I have hooked up with others across the country who are Kosher Medifasters as well. Its very exciting to  me to exchange & share information with one another so we can all be Mechazek one  another on our path to health & “Ultra Health” as Dr A says.

Please feel free to peruse through the various pages I have set up, or are setting up. It is  there for you. Please feel free to comment as long as it is positive & helpful to others. I am open to suggestions as well.

I would like to thank the members of our Advisory Board who have graciously agreed to contribute their knowledge & expertise to our cause.
